About Our Name

Many people have asked us why we named the company Alias Natural Soap Company. Well, when our founder was a very little girl, she used to sit next to her mom while sewing. Her mom would let her use the scrap fabric and our founder, being the creative individual she was (and still is), would hand-stitch clothing for her teddy bear. One day her mom looked down at her and chuckled – saying that she “was going to grow up to be a famous clothing designer”. Her mom continued by saying that, because our founder’s initials were AKA, “the name of the label would be Alias”.

Her mom passed away just a few short years later. At that moment, our founder knew that, if she ever owned a business, it would be named Alias – hence Alias Natural Soap Company.
